The suspect, identified as a 37-year-old African-American man, fired multiple shots inside his Evanston, Illinois home and threatened to kill his brother, said police.
According to police dispatch, the suspect fled his home in a light blue 2007 Dodge Durango, headed to World Gym at 909 West Montrose Avenue.
Investigators said the suspect was upset with his brother, who was working out at the gym.
The alleged offender was angry with his sibling over a woman, said authorities.
At the time of this report, officers were staked-out at World Gym, waiting for the suspect.
At 9:53 p.m., a vehicle matching the suspect's car was spotted going northbound on Marine Drive, towards Wilson Avenue.
Investigators lost sight of the vehicle, around 9:56 p.m.
Authorities believe the man may be headed to a location in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and a woman who lives in that city may be in danger.
According to one source, the Kenosha, Wisconsin Police Department was notified.
This man ghetto thug needs to be put away for a very long time. Once again, the law breakers carry the weapons. Once again, it's a black person on a mission to end someones life because they're pissed off. Once again, we see the end result of a culture that just doesn't give a damn about anyone or anything. That last user comment is absolute racism. There is no need to make blanket statements about a whole race. How can the actions of one person by applied to group of people? Everyone has a right to an opinion but if it includes racism then that argument is totally discounted. I hope you make some black friends so you wont think so narrow-minded and grow up a little.

ReplyDeletesince you are new to this blog and don't know what the rest of the regulars know, I'll cut you some slack..BUT, I have stated over & over again that the "ghetto thug" term I used is in reference to ANYONE who attacks innocent people, be they black, yellow, orange or brown. The criminal in this case, just happened to be a black man terrorizing a family member, business and possibly a woman...that's not racist, that's a FACT! This is not about racism but than, you wouldn't know that about me because you are new to the blog. I have also stated many many times that references are made towards ghetto thugs, which this black man is, and NOT, let me repeat NOT, towards an entire community or culture. Guess you missed that.
