Cops: Man robbed in North Side hallway


Around 3 a.m., a man was robbed at knifepoint inside a North Side apartment building, said police.

The armed-robbery occurred in a hallway at 6120 North Damen Avenue, near Damen and Hood, said authorities.

Three black male offenders approached the man in the hallway and robbed him, said investigators.

The suspects are believed to be 20 to 25-years-old.

One offender is approximately 6’2” and 190 pounds. He was wearing a white T-shirt.

The second thief is about 5’5” and 170 pounds. He was carrying a backpack.

The third suspect is approximately 5’10” with a medium build.

No further details are available.
