‘Racist’ sign at North Avenue Beach?
According to police dispatch, a 'racist' sign was spotted at North Avenue Beach, 1600 North Lake Shore Drive.
Has racial tension, sparked by the abhorrent behavior of mobs of black teens on Memorial Day, pushed some Chicagoans over the edge?
According to a Chicago police officer at the scene, the sign reads: Reclaim The Swastika.
One source said the group who created the "Reclaim The Swastika" sign at North Avenue Beach, is a peaceful organization who wants the Swastika reinstated as a religious symbol.

Actually, it MIGHT have been left by a Hindu annoyed at the preemption of an ancient sacred symbol by fascist thugs. Probably not, though.
ReplyDelete" peaceful organization who wants the Swastika reinstated "
ReplyDelete"Peaceful and Swastika" in the same sentence...they're kidding right?
Chicago is one of the most racist cities. Doesn't surprise me at all. Pretty sad.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous,
ReplyDeleteANY idea why that is? I'm curious.
