Near South Side baseball bat attack


At approximately 6:16 a.m., a man was hit in the head with a wooden baseball bat in Chicago’s Near South Side neighborhood, said police.

The incident occurred on the 2200 block of South State Street, near State and Cermak, said police.

The offender was described as a black man driving a black, four-door Volkswagen. He was last seen driving eastbound on Cermak Road.

According to police, the attack was sparked by road rage.

    Hatred abounds within the black community. No wonder some in the black communities can't progress. I sure hope this VICTIM of this hate filled attack by a ghetto thug, is alright. Pathetic!
