Edgewater: Woman robbed on Broadway Street
Around 10:50 p.m., a woman was robbed in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood, said police.
The robbery occurred on the 5900 block of North Broadway Street, near Broadway and Rosedale; just steps away from Broadway Armory Park at 5917 North Broadway.
Two black male offenders stole the woman’s purse, containing hundreds of dollars and a cell phone, said authorities.
One suspect is skinny, about 5’10”, and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black pants.
A description of the second thief was not provided.
After the robbery, the criminals fled the scene westbound on Rosedale Avenue.

Yeah, me and my friends don't even go to Moody's Pub as much in the summer because its always a group of idiots posted up on Thorndale/Broadway, no matter how late it is.

The street is "Thorndale Ave". Not Rosedale.
ReplyDeleteWrong. The Armory is by Broadway & Rosedale by the library and Dominick's... not by Thorndale.
