When store employees confronted the thieves about their suspicious behavior, the bandits left the store and converged on the Bye Bye Chicago store at 30 South Michigan Avenue.
According to police dispatch reports, the crooks stole several items from the South Michigan Avenue location.
One of the female suspects was wearing a short black jacket and had the word “pretty” displayed in her hair. The male offender was last seen wearing a red hat.
If you have any information on this crime, contact the police.
Pretty soon Michigan Avenue will be a friggin' ghost town. When that happens, who will the black thieves rob, each other? Detroit, here we come!
ReplyDeletefirst of all, i have worked in retail for more that 15 years. i can tell you without any doubt that shoplifters come in all races, ages, shapes, and forms. stop acting like blacks are the only people who are thieves! shame on you!
ReplyDeleteIt is terrible but realistic, when you see people who clearly do not fit into the neighborhood, you have to keep an eye on them, any race, creed or color. Profiling is offensive, but effective. It's the truth, and sometimes, the truth hurts.

ReplyDeleteAnonymous, April 8, I worked in retail too. Sure, criminals come in all hues, but this isn't Sociology 101. In this report, like most of the others, the criminals were/are Black. Shame on you!
