March 3, 2011, around 10:55 p.m., a woman was pistol whipped and struck with a gun in front of Sunburst Food and Liquors at 742 West 79th Street, near the intersection of West 79th Street and Emerald.
The woman’s head was “split open” and there were several cuts on the victim's face, said police.
An ambulance was called to the scene and the injured woman was taken to Little Company of Mary Hospital.
The offender was described as an African-American man with dreadlocks who lives on the 7900 block of South Union.
The violent attempted robbery occurred steps away from Minister Farrakhan's publishing building, The Final Call.
WHY do these ghetto thugs HATE their culture so much? Actually, WHY are they so filled with HATE period????

If you are pissed about what Timothy reports, than do something to help stop all the crime being committed by these ghetto thugs. They not only rob, mug, beat, steal and shoot white people they do the same to their own culture. Why is that? Why are the african-american youth soooo HATEFUL????
