Suspect arrested for alleged sex crime at Dominick’s grocery store

Around 7:28 p.m., police chased a suspect who was reportedly involved in a sex offense at the Streeterville Dominick’s Finer Foods store at 255 East Grand Avenue.

According to a 911 caller, the offender was engaged in criminal behavior of a sexual nature, but few details were provided regarding the alleged crime.

The offender was described as an African-American man wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt.

Officers chased the man from the grocery store to 505 North State Street - where he was arrested.

Durng the police foot chase, the suspect tried to get away by discarding his blue sweatshirt.

    "no morals, no conscience, no soul" I'm not the only one who thinks that. On the #147 03/11, I was sitting and chatting with an educated working lovely black woman who said the very same thing as we talked about the thugs and all the crime in the city. She even showed me her pepper spray. These ghetto thugs are truly considered parasites in their own culture.
