An armed offender robbed a woman in Chicago’s northwest side Belmont-Cragin community.
According to authorities, the robbery happened around 8:45 p.m. on the 3000 block of North Luna Avenue, near the intersection of Luna and Wellington Avenues.
The female victim was approached by an African-American man wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a white t-shirt underneath. The suspect displayed his weapon and ordered the woman to hand over her cell phone - which she did, immediately.
The offender is 20 to 25-years-old, 5’3” to 5’6’, and approximately 150 lbs. He has a noticeable birthmark on his face.

I know it's tough when you are being accosted, but better descriptions are needed IF we ever hope to arrest these ghetto thugs. What about these phone, don't they have tracking devices in them? I mean, you can do everything with these phone, aren't you able to track them? Can you buy a tracking device for them? Track the phone, get the perp!
