As if the gangbangers in Uptown weren't providing enough drama - now the neighborhood is being attacked by an arsonist.
Someone is apparently having a good ole time setting garbage can fires in Uptown.
This morning, around 2:30 a.m., a Chicago police officer spotted a burning trash can near the intersection of West Montrose and North Clarendon Avenues; which is approximately 800 West on Montrose and 4400 North on Clarendon.
The officer said he believed the fire was started by the "same character" who started previous trash can fires in Uptown.
