Man Beats Woman With Stroller; Baby Still Inside

Police are looking for a man who attacked his girlfriend with a baby stroller, while the child was still inside carriage.

The disturbing act of violence played out near the intersection of North Cicero Avenue and West Race Street in Chicago's Austin neighborhood.

The incident was reported around 10:44 p.m.

The offender is an African-American man, approximately 6'2", and 160 lbs. He was last seen wearing a white jacket with letters on the back.

Police said the suspect lives on the 4700 block of West Erie Street. 

Officers were told to use caution when approaching the offender; he is armed with a black handgun.

So far, it doesn't appear that the woman or her child were badly injured.
