A citizen was robbed on the 700 block of West Diversey Parkway in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood.
The robbery occurred around 11:20 p.m., on the block where Diversey Parkway intersects North Burling Street and North Orchard Street.
The offenders are two African-American men in their twenties.
One offender is approximately 5’10” with a medium build. He was wearing a black jacket with black-on-black designs on the black, and was armed with a blue steel handgun.
The second offender was armed with a knife. The victim was unable to described the second suspect's clothing.
After stealing three dollars from their victim, both thieves fled the scene in an unknown direction.
