Around 3:30 a.m., a robbery occurred at the intersection of West Lake Street and North Central Avenue, in Chicago's Austin neighborhood.
The theives were described as two African-American men.
One suspect is 6’3”, 180 lbs, wearing a red and white jacket, and blue jeans. The second offender is 6-feet-tall, 220 lbs, dressed in all black - including a black skull cap.
The suspect wearing the red and white jacket pulled a black, semiautomatic handgun and stole $32.00 from the victim.
The crooks were last seen running northbound on North Central Avenue.
NOTE: This crime occurred steps away from the Central, CTA Green Line station at 350 North Central Avenue. On November 11, 2010, a CTA passenger was beaten at that "L" station.
