The crime occurred at 525 S. State Street. The complex is called the University Center of Chicago and is home to Columbia College, DePaul University, and Roosevelt University college students.
Minor was arrested Thursday, November 11th, after police saw him trying to enter a building on the 400 block of West Goethe Street. When officers tried to question Minor, he attempted to flee the scene.
The 26-year-old suspect was arrested after he allegedly fought with police officers.
When the suspect's background was checked, authorities discovered he was wanted for criminal, sexual assault.
Police say Minor was identified by the woman he tried to sexual assault at the Loop college dorm, back in September.
