At 12:51 a.m., a man was shot on the 4600 block of South La Crosse Ave., on Chicago's southwest side.
The 43-year-old shooting victim was shot once in his left leg. According to an officer on the scene, the man appeared to be in stable condition. He was taken to Mount Sinai for medical treatment.
Police say the man told them that he didn’t know who shot him.
