Gay Sex Act at Montrose Harbor?

Someone called 911 after witnessing two men engaged in what appeared to be a gay, sex act at Montrose Harbor.
The incident occurred around 9:51 p.m.
The 911 caller said a White man in a sweater and jeans, was on his knees in front of a man dressed in all black.
In September, CBS Chicago’s Pam Zekman, did a story on gay men having sex at Montrose Harbor and the concern it was causing other citizens.
Louis Munoz, a Chicago police detective, was quoted as saying, "You come out here after 10:30 you're gonna see all these guys here coming in and out (of the bushes).”
