"Chicago police today were seeking the public's help in finding a 55-year-old woman who disappeared early last month.
Ella Rhymes has been missing since Sept. 3. She is described as having a diminished mental capacity and suffers from seizures, police said, adding that she frequents the area of 63rd Street and Western Avenue on the Southwest Side in the Englewood and Chicago Lawn neighborhoods."
