2 People Hit by Car Near Taste Entertainment Center in Englewood

At 12:43 a.m., someone dialed 911 after two people were struck by a car on the 6300 block of South Lowe Ave.

Additional information indicated that the car accident occurred near the Taste Entertainment Center, located at 6331 S. Lowe Ave., in Chicago’s Englewood neighborhood.

According to dispatch, one of the two people hit by the car, was unconscious.

The victims were taken to St. Bernard’s Hospital, 326 West 64th Street.

NOTE: At 1:11 a.m. it was reported that people were throwing objects at the police officers who responded to the 911 call.
