Homeless Man Assaulted in Front of Pippin's Tavern, Streeterville Bar


Early this morning, around 1:50 am, a homeless man was attacked in front of Pippin's Tavern, located at 806 W. Rush Street, in Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood.

The attackers were described as three African-American men; one was wearing a white sweat shirt, and the other two offenders were wearing black sweat shirts. One of the three assailants was wearing a red hat.

No direction of flight was given.

  1. This was obviously a hate crime. Were those blacks ever caught and sent to prison where they belong?
