11:08 pm -- Officers reported hearing multiple gunshots in the area of 60th and Racine. An officer on the scene said there were so many shots fired, he couldn’t tell where they were coming from.
According to witnesses, the shots were coming from the vicinity of 59th and Racine, or, 59th and Ada.
The shooting victim was riding his bike in an alley near 59th and Racine, when he was shot in the shoulder; possibly several times.
The 18-year-old victim was taken to Stroger hospital in good condition.
The shooter is described as African-American, wearing a white shirt, khaki pants, and a baseball cap.
