| Are armed thieves hiding out in this Rogers Park apartment building? |
Authorities said the incident occurred around 3:58 a.m. near West Juneway Terrace and North Hermitage Avenue -- east of Triangle Park.
A black male and two black females stole $300 from the victim, said police.
The male robber, who was armed with a gun, is approximately 6’3” with a thin build and he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a logo on the back.
One female thief, who was carrying a hammer, is 5’5”, has blond hair, and she was wearing a pink shirt.
The other female mugger is 5’8”, has black hair, and she has a heavy build.
After the robbery, the bandits ran inside an apartment building at 1726 West Juneway Terrace, said police.
At the time of this report, there was no indication authorities made contact with crooks.

ReplyDeleteWhere's the "Park" or the "Terrace"? I never got this fancy name stuff for the ghettos here. "Rogers Park"? Where's the park? Shouldn't the supposed "park" be the pride and joy there rather than silly claims of "diversity"? Who's Roger anyway? Do any of the cab drivers or gays even know? I know, I know....it was where Mr. Rogers was first inspired. I'm sure they filmed his pilot there in 1961.

I recall years ago when I lived in Rogers Park & the elevators in my building smelt like cumin & curry...& extreme B.O. The building was filled with hard working cabbies. That was the time when Yugo managers would hit up on the female tenants. At night the black trannies would roam the area. Outside Latino men would drink beer in their cars & piss on trees & yell out insults to older women as they walked by..like hey lady tomorrow you are going to wake up & have more wrinkles! Oh yes Rogers Park land of diversity.
