VIDEO: Confrontation at Uptown Wilson "L": 'Your son is being ignorant!'

Tempers reached their boiling point when a male passenger told a female commuter to keep her "bad ass" son in check.

The big city drama unfolded on the Wilson Red Line "L" platform, 4620 North Broadway, while several people were waiting at the North Side Uptown neighborhood train station.

Apparently, a male passenger told a female passenger's son to stop banging on CTA's property.

The child's loudmouthed mother flipped out and told the man to stop talking to her son.

"You better not say nothing else to my child," screamed the angry momma.

"I'm gonna say what the fuck I wanna say," replied the male passenger. "Teach your son the right way! Teach your son don't destroy no fucking property! Your son is being ignorant!"

As more heated words were being exchanged, the shining example of motherhood threatened to push the opinionated citizen onto the train tracks.

  1. This is what happens when you call out one of these ghetto moms. You ask them to straighten their demon spawn, and all you get is mouth. No wonder black men don't want anything to do with black females.

  4. @2:30 - that's what caught my attention more than the confrontation itself. Would you eat anything on the CTA? The FIRST thing I do when I get home is thorougly wash my hands in hot water.

It's funny how they're all so particular at a restaurant etc. like "that waitress just brushed her hip with the back of her hand then dun touched the edge of my plate". I could list 300 examples YET you've got this fancy ghetto babe eating up where somebody probably just peed and Whitney was eating in the bathroom!

  10. It's funny how the (black) CTA always has to drop "us" off there because the train is now going to run "express" and another one is "immediately following" (never is). Anyway.....

It's like they want us to see this and they are proud of it.

That "mother" has to teach him to protect her by any means necessary as nobody else will throughout her hellish life. "Ain't NO man gonna tell me or my baby what ta do. My name is LatifaSheniqua Topaz Akrifarian QueenOfTheNight Jones-Wilson". I'm special.

But really, black people raise their children with WAY too much confidence, hence the problems in later years. Didn't your Jesus teach you humbleness?

Social workers up there in Uptown care to chime in?

  12. I am glad he told her what she needed to hear it's about time African Americans men speak up . This woman was obliviously not trained as a young lady to have some understanding of what it is to be a real mother it's not her fault her parents weren't around give her some love . As long as we continue to give section 8 to non responsible individuals this will continue as long as we continue to give links cards and Medicaid we as a nation must expect
This to continue no respect for property or life we must stop giving and making people responsible for there's actions as parents. The time has come that all lazy people get there asses up and learn to respect one another.

  14. ^Chicagabonics. I grew up in a neighborhood of blacks in another state but I swear half the time I haven't a clue what they're saying or asking here and just have to ignore them. It's ebonics along with some southern screech/mumble thrown in. Toss in the bubble gum and it's hopeless. Really, it's sad. Sometimes I just have to hang up the phone or walk away.

You know that comedian who said his aunt had her eyebrows arched so high that it always looked like she was asking you something and they were always going back and forth "did you say something?", "did you ask me something?". It's kinda like that on the phone with them but we just can't see each other.

  15. that is not "confidence" it is arrogance.

In order to have confidence, you need to actually accomplish something - hopefully to the best of your ability.

I don't see any of this trash accomplishing anything.

  16. ^ Maybe not confidence but not arrogance either. You'd have to be overly proud of something to have arrogance. They don't have anything to be proud of. Too much sense of "self-worth" and "self-importance" they are brought up with then. But really, overly confident is correct. And that's anchored in their own self-esteem issues.

  17. They try to mask those self-esteem issues with behavior like this but it just highlights the problem and makes them look all the more fool.

  20. @4:58 - Why do you all have to travel in packs? Or if you do venture out alone, are constantly looking behind you and hit them from behind or sucker punch then run (like a bitch)? Please answer this big tough Chicago black man.

  21. ^ Your more recent "transplants" here are much more aware of their surroundings and are, let's just say, better prepared. To fathom that they think that we're all afraid of black people. It's not even funny anymore. Chicago is though.
