VIDEO: Black man, Hispanic man fight at public aid office

Two men, one black and the other Hispanic, were caught on video fighting outside a South Side, Chicago public aid office.

The smack down, which was uploaded to YouTube on June 8, 2012, took place in front of the Public Aid Department building at 5232 South Western Avenue.

According to the person who recorded the incident, the confrontation started over a crying baby.

At one point, both men appeared to be armed with knives, but neither man was stabbed during the altercation.

Although the black man clearly outweighed his Hispanic opponent, the black man was knocked to the ground several times and repeatedly punched in the head.

As the Hispanic man left the scene, he reminded his defeated opponent that he was on the Southwest Side - not the West Side.

"This ain't the West Side. Southwest Side! Recognize where you at," yelled the Latino man, who identified  himself as a gang banger and a "5.0 (police) killer" from from the 3900 block of South California Avenue.

  1. Can we just strip blacks and Hispanics of their civil rights and deport them already? The country will be financially insolvent because of welfare
