AUDIO: Police dispatch regarding Boystown robbery: ‘If he didn’t mess with boys in dresses, this wouldn’t happen’

A Chicago police officer and a police dispatch operator blamed a Boystown robbery victim for his own robbery.

At 5:18 a.m., a robbery in progress was reported near the intersection of West Belmont Avenue and North Halsted Street, in Chicago’s Lakeview, Boystown neighborhood.

Initial reports indicated a Hispanic male was being robbed by four black males dressed as women.

The description of the offenders prompted a responding Chicago police officer to say, “If he wasn’t out so late… this wouldn’t happened”.

“If he didn’t mess with boys in dresses… this wouldn’t happen,” responded a male police dispatch operator.

After speaking with the victim, the same officer who blamed the crime on the man’s decision to be out so late, said the victim was robbed by five black males in their 20s.

The main offender, who has a shaved head, was wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans.

While relaying the updated information to police dispatch, the officer made no mention of men dressed in drag.

Citing police communications, the muggers stole the victim’s iPhone.

  1. Could it be possible the victim was going to work? It happens you know.

I quit patronizing those businesses after the guy was beat into critical condition at Roscoe/Halsted at 5:50am on a Monday morning. It was automatically assumed - by all - that he was "out late too". That could have been me. I could have been going to the gym before work or going into work a little early as I sometimes have to.

You people here, including the gays (and including some of the employees at those businesses) REALLY know how to F things up and essentially crap on the same plate that you eat from. You've lost any ounce of respect from me and obviously the police as well.

There was one of those Human Rights people out there the other day. I declined and told him to clean up your drug and crime problems here so I can walk around (= through) here when the sun isn't out THEN we can talk about "gay rights". Priorities ya know? Yours are whacked Chicago gays. As long as that $$ is flowing all is o.k. though. PROVE your worth, dignity and "pride".

  2. Who cares if he was out late? What, are we just supposed to hide in our homes? Instead of blaming the victim, why don't we find these assholes and arrest them?

  3. CNR is back, when did that happen?! Glad to see you back up & running!

So, the Trib this morning is reporting 3 "wildings," aka, groups of black teens & early 20-somethings surrounding, beating & mugging innocent people who were by themselves. These happened last night outside of grant park near the redline stops.

However, Second City Cop is insinuating that the number of incidents just last night was closer to 30, and wasn't confined to the loop, but happened in Gold Coast/Streeterville/River North. What do you know about this?

  4. ^ And one of them was a tourist that was attacked by TEN and has a broken jaw. This needs international exposure.

    ReplyDelete
  5. To 9:11 am - The thing is, the tourist with the broken jaw is only one of three incidents that mainstream media reported. Check out Second City Cop, like I said, they insinuate that at least 30 attacks happened, but only three made it to MSM.

A friend of mine owns a bar on Wells in the Old Town area, where the Old Town Art Fest is happeneing this weekend. He has a police scanner in the office, and told me that there were reports of groups of black teens roaming the perimeter (you have to pay to get into Old Town Art Fest, so they weren't inside), and picking off random individuals & couples as they left. This was especially prevalent when people exited west, were there are still projects, like those ones by Sedgwick off of Evergreen.

This is fucking absurd. Law-abiding citizens need the right to carry guns on them. The black asshole thugs know that white people won't illegally carry, so they are easy victims. As far as the black thug criminals? That will never change, their "community" just doesn't give a fuck.

  6. Uh oh. Someone forgot to lock the ape cage at the zoo. "Wildings" ---fuck that phrase. Call them what they are---low life black yoots that are ignorant, unedumacated, and have the hugest sense on fucking entitlement.

This will not get national coverage, let alone even local media coverage. Rahm has put a damper on the media actually reporting the truth of what is happening. You can bet your ass if it was a group of whites attacking a black person it would get plenty of coverage!!! Whities attack black person=HATE CRIME. The reverse of that equation, not so true.

People stand up and fight back. It is the only thing you can do. Personally, if I saw a wilding, I.e. herd of untamed black youths attacking someone in the street, I would floor my gas pedal and make a speed bump out of them. In the end, it would save us taxpayers a Gurkhas of money in the long run. These so called youths will never amount to anything but thieves, felons, drug abusers an such.

If we had a coceal & carry law, it might make the dumb blacks think twice, but I doubt it---though it would be a more fair fight.

  7. This will not get national coverage

Of course it won't get national or local coverage, but this also isn't just a Chicago thing. Last summer in Milwaukee, they were out of control. Just do a google search for "Wisconsin State Fair black mobs" and look at what happened there around July 4 last year. At least the media had the balls to interview victims & put the stories on air, and had the balls to ID the perps by race.

Or look at what happened at Mall of America in Minneapolis last year right after Christmas. A mob of over 200 black teens stormed a section of it at once, and looted stores, randomly beat & robbed shoppers, and destroyed kiosks, windows, & anything else they could shove down. This went on for over an hour before the shocked & dumbfounded Minneapolis police moved in. There are videos of this all over the internet.

Or look at the guy in Baltimore on St. Patty's Day. Again, multiple videos that the actual dozen or so black perps themselves took, then put online, of them surrounding a single white guy, mugging him, then knocking him out, stomping him while on the ground, and stripping him of all his clothes. They left him to die, on the fucking grounds of the county courthouse,, yet somehow he lived & dragged himself to a business and lived.

This is a national epidemic. It's like the HNIC teaches them to do this. Not only do they think this behavior is OK, but they think it's OK to film it & put in online. Fucking animals.

  8. ^ Your local businesses here will put a "damper" on things too. There could basically be blood splattered on their front door but "wha, wha, what are you talking about?". It's really disgusting this greed here. They're like animals themselves.

  9. Sorry - too many of these thugs are ruining Boystown. I visit Boystown with my friends and partner and spend a lot of money there.

Since about a year ago, I have seen these roving gang members visit and cause trouble.

Oh, right, it must just be a random group of four black men who all dress up as women and mug & beat people that are out by themselves at 4 am. Because it makes sense that people who behave that way aren't in gangs.

But even if you are correct, and the criminals actually aren't gangmembers, so what? Does that make it ok to assault & rob people in the middle of the night? I must have missed that memo. No wonder the families of so many black teens here who are either shot, killed, or committing crimes, swear up & down that their sons were good boys and not in gangs, even when though evidence including the kids saying they were in gangs, shows otherwise. I guess I didn't realize that violent crime is OK as long as the person committing it claims to not be gang affiliated.

People like you would rather see the violent status quo continue and debate people about whether they can prove that the criminal perpatrators were actually gang members, than demand that the black south and west side communities step up and reel in their disgusting teens & 20 somethings before they destroy this city and themselves. You would rather cry racist than acknowledge, adrress, and deal with the issue. Grow up.

  10. ^ It's been since the Summer of 2009 that I noticed them going bat sh*t crazay. I've been told the VIOLENCE has been going on since before that. They've always been there but not with these "agendas" against themselves and "others".

Pulling your $$$ out of there is the only option at this point. The gays wanted to be left alone by the cops there so they can sell/buy/snort coke on the street, give/receive oral sex in the alleys, so what's a stabbing now and then? Or "gang-bang" violent beat down?

  11. Hopefully the city gets an early start on the redline "construction" that will close it from Cermak south to 95th.

I have a sneaking suspicion the construction will never be complete...

  13. ^ Please elaborate on the difference of "gang members" and non-gang members (that, coincidentally, just happen to have guns and knives too. Inquiring minds want to know. Thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  14. ^ True, but they need to get this notion that it's only "teens and 20 somethings" causing problems out there. Some are upwards of 30's & 40's on that strip anyway. There's one that is at least in his 60's out there wreaking havoc (in his own way) too. I would venture to guess the "about 100 people gathered at Buckingham/Halsted" at 4:00am were in their teens and 20's though.

    ReplyDelete
  15. The difference is that you act like the p-stones or Latin disciples are out in boystown dressed in drag robbing people with guns, when really its from boystowns own community. These are young gay black men that do actually live on the North side, and they frequent the gay community (who does nothing about the problem) and cause trouble. Oh noes they have a pocket knife?!?! Well carry your own knife. It's legal to defend yourself. Stop being a nancy and whining. Most of you all up in arms sure know a lot about being in boystown around 3am... Perhaps you're mad because these queens are making it hard for you to find a decent male prostitute?

  16. But whats the answer to these roving bands of predators from distant urban 'hoods?
The police aren't able to (correctly) profile these malcontents before a crime occurs, they point out.
This is a racial issue - young blacks targeting whites and Hispanics and never held accountable.
No one would care if they just hung out but they're robbing and beating people, mobbing, loitering and littering. They'e deliberately disrespectful and looking for a challenge.
Time for the police to begin enacting a "Broken Windows" policy of enforcing seemingly minor violations and discouraging the thugs.

  17. Perhaps not prudent but why blame the victim?
At 5:18 am, does it matter if he just left a just-closed bar or a bathhouse, or if was on his way from/to work, or just out for a early walk and a newspaper.
The real issue is 4-5 male blacks, possibly cross-dressers, who targeted, beat and robbed a lone non-black male.
What we don't hear is the police follow-up or are they only taking reports of crime?
Where's Tunney's stmt of concern and promise to fight crime?
Why don't the police detail a unit at the Belmont el station before the offenders jump on the first southbound Redline train?

  18. I'd be hard pressed to believe that all (really, if any) of these "transient youth" dressed in drag out there are truly gay or "transgendered". They've come to work the system via various "resources" and figure they might has well pick up a lil' more "chedda" while on their jaunt.

If some would come to realize that, believe it or not, there IS a world that revolves outside of Chicago, there have been "people" (so as no racial overtone) that have been robbing banks and stores across the nation in "wigs" for the past few years now. It's rampant actually.

Drag isn't my thing. Hey, it's o.k. But I do think they need to issue updated LARGE state i.d.'s or drivers licenses for those that identify as "transgendered". They will have to wear those i.d.'s in full display on their person with a photo of them NOT dressed in disguise. That's fair.

  24. ...and this is why our city has the distinction (now verified stastically) as being the racist, most segregated city in the US that it is. It's so disheartening to see so much hate flow from all of you. Let's not profile, it fuels the flames of ignorance. Crime is crime - you have a perpetrator and a victim. Blaming any victim makes the victim even more powerless and gives more power to the perp. All of those who speculate about this being "gang" activity really have no insight as to what gang culture is, let alone anything about African-American, or "black" culture. You see black + crime = gang. If that's as far as your narrowmindedness allows you to go, then that's your only safety net. We live in desperate times where many people are being marginalized, and when there is racial, sexual, and economic marginalization, you have people who often resort to behaviors that reflect their conflict with that marginalization. This is not to excuse the behavior, but it gives crime its more texured and layered perspective
Resorting to race and sex as for justification for illegal behavior or fault for victimization is a reactionary, fear-based stance. I don't want to be victimized or resticted like any of you, but if we only react by grouping people according to race and sex, then we put some really great contributors to our society in that category without giving them further opportunity to shine. Blacks and gays are only acceptable in our society if they play the complacent, cooperative role that's been ascribed to them by default as a result of the quiet, secretive racism all of you who have spewed your hatred. That does not change the fact that criminals still have wants and needs not being met, and thus, creates an opportunity for antisocial decisions and behaviors. If you are so frightened by blacks and gays, or even "worse," black gays, you are free to move to a more "accomodating" city.

    1. Don't racially profile? The people who racially profile themselves are the black teens & 20 somethings terrorizing this city every summer.

Just watch any of the videos CNR posted today of black kids running around the Gold Coast & Mag Mile area. Or the hundredsofotherson You Tube and WorldStar HipHop. They are out by the hundreds, in groups too large for anybody to do anything about, deliberately intimidating & terrorizing Chicagoans & tourists alike. There is nothing at all about their behavior that should be accepted in or by any society, and there is absolutely no excuse for acting that way. And these groups surely includedthe gangs of 10-20 that were randomly beating on people unfortunate enough to be caught in their wake.

All these people are doing is living up to every negative stereotype of black teens & 20somethings, stereotypes which they claim deny them opportunity. But ubtil they wake the fuck up, they are the ones profiling themselves as sub-human thugs. Not only do they feel its ok to act this way, they actually think its appropriate to document this behavior & put it online.

They should be thankful they get to live here - in most countries, that shit wouldn't be tolerated for a moment.

    1. Really, Batty Boy? What's not right is how these black teens act. Please let me know what is acceptable about attacking people 5 on 1, 10 on 1, or worse. Please tell mewhat is acceptable about walking around in groups of hundreds, screaming at random people, running into streets to block traffic & bang on car hoods, flash mob and destroy stores, spray paint gang tags all over other people's property, etc.

Until the south side black community does something to reel in this behavior, the racial divide here will only grow. And even though they'll try to blame others, they have noone to blame other than themselves.

  26. put the blacks on reservations and crime will be down 80% or more in EVERY major city in the US. deficits will suddenly turn into surpluses, and jobs would become available due to an overall increase in efficiency.

unfortunately the reservations will turn into warzones as tribes war amongst eachother to prove "who beez da hardest"
