Suspects wanted for assault at Wrightwood Park

Several male suspects are wanted for an attack at a North Side neighborhood park.

On Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at 10:04 p.m., a brawl erupted at Wrightwood Park, 2534 North Greenview Avenue, near Greenview and Wrightwood in Lincoln Park.

Citing police dispatch reports, an estimated twenty people were fighting near the baseball field.

At least one male battery victim sustained a broken nose, said an officer at the scene.

Four male blacks, who are believed to be the aggressors, fled the scene in a white Cadillac, said authorities. 

It's unclear if the incident was gang-related, or connected to a robbery or an attempted robbery.

No further details are available.
