A self-described gang member is accused of punching a puppy in its eyes, because the dog wouldn't stop barking.
Police said 32-year-old Taj Oatis, of the 1000 block of West Hollywood Avenue in Chicago's Edgewater neighborhood, hit the puppy as a form of discipline.
The 6-month-old pup was found hiding in a corner, sitting in its own urine, and both of its eyes had broken blood vessels, said authorities.
In response to his allegedly psychotic behavior, authorities slapped Oatis with two misdemeanor charges: cruelty to animals and possession of certain dogs by a felon, reports the Chicago Tribune.
When he isn't (allegedly) beating the piss out of defenseless animals, the North Side punk's favorite activities are mixed martial arts and weight training, according to his Facebook page.
I don't know if it's true, but I read somewhere that men with small penises and erectile issues are usually very cruel to animals.
Maybe we should all pitch in and buy Oatis a bottle of Extenze... it may save an innocent animal's life.
