Initial police dispatch reports indicated the fire was at the Howard Red Line stop.
However, subsequent police communications confirmed a southbound, Red Line train was stalled at the Loyola station at 1200 West Loyola Avenue in Rogers Park.
An officer at the scene said, according to CTA, the train malfunctioned, causing an electrical fire to erupt underneath one of the cars.
Traffic in the vicinity of the fire was temporarily blocked as firefighters worked to put out the blaze.
The fire was put out around 12:07 a.m. Wednesday.
This is just 3 small tweaks from being a feel good story. IF only,
ReplyDelete1. The train was full of Niqgers.
2. The doors locked and wouldnt open.
3. Fire was still burning.

ReplyDeleteWhoa! Why hasn't the hosts of this page taken down that horrible comment yet?! And P.S. who uses the word "n-----" any more? As lame/old school as your racism dude.
ReplyDeleteI wish there were more E2 nightclubs...that many nigs dying at once was awesome.

ReplyDeleteSpeaking of the CTA, is it just me or have the red line trains gotten beyond bad this past year (not that they were ever nice)? Recently I rode on a train at night that had (aside from the usual food scraps all over the place) a pillow, a desk lamp and a toaster (???) on the floor. The only thing that beats that was seeing someone smoking crack on the train.
ReplyDeleteTo the anon nigger hater: I'm with you, man.
