VIDEO: Passengers bribe, trick obnoxious man into getting off bus

A CTA rider's ghetto-behavior was so outlandish, one commuter offered him $20 just to get off the bus.

In a YouTube video that was uploaded January 17, 2012, a rowdy male passenger was caught on tape asking another male commuter to "suck his penis".

"You got the right mouth," added the despicable character.

The obnoxious passenger made the lewd remark after the male commuter told him that no one wanted to listen to his rants.

A female rider sitting toward the rear of the bus was so disgusted by the man's behavior, she screamed, "Pull over! Get the police and have this man locked up!"

In the end, the crack-ish gentleman was lured off the bus with the promise of money.

  1. Some bus drivers "hear no evil" "see no evil" and "speak no evil"...Things might be a little different on the CTA rides IF the drivers took just a little more pride in doing their job. A $2.00 fare doesn't give a rider the right to disrupt the other riders and bus drivers should throw these types off the bus. Imagine the bus drivers going above and beyond. What a concept!

    1. Towanda its not worth going above and beyond for ignorance. And for what? So we can be shot, stabbed, or hurt. People are going to be ignorat, rather their white, black, latino or asian. We get them all. We can ask them to calm it down, but then the heat is back on us. And what I mean heat is back on us....we have to answer to management and when we get hurt from the altercation they don't want to pay us. So bottom line is....continue to drive that bus down the street. People only see the bad we do and want to call it in. But they don't lift a finger to dial CTA when we "go beyond and above" our duties.

  2. Once he was off the bus, the driver should have drove off.

I can't stand people who get on public transportation and act like savages.

  3. @ towanda - Imagine the bus driver getting stabbed or shot while attempting to "go above and beyond".

Remember a year or more ago a Cop got shot with his own gun, trying to remove some acting-out Lady Nut from a bus at Western & Belmont.

One solution is that once people commit crimes and such, don't let them out so quick.

  4. Mike P,
I guess I was thinking the above & beyond part would be to stop the bus and call the cops and let them remove the idiot. I've been on a #151 where the driver did that but before the cops came, the jerks got off the bus.

  5. I got an Iphone and a Flipvideo for Christmas and already have 30+ videos of nonsense just like this, people disrupting public transit. I'm afraid of posting them though because somebody might get a pro-bono lawyer and sue my butt.

  7. What was with the lady that unlocked the door to let him back on? Was that a mistake or was she offended the bum didn't get his $20?? What a coward, didn't even say anything just unlocked the door and ray away...

    What a TERRIBLE human being...

  8. to Fed Up - it's a long, long way before someone can sue you for posting video of them acting the fool & calling attention to themselves in public.

Besides the fact that your video will have to be proven to have caused damage like loss of a job or a spouse divorcing (which is very difficult for a normal person to do, much less a ghetto welfare thug), the fact that these people are openly & notoriously acting this way in public supercedes their right to privacy.

If you were standing outside their apartment and filming them smoking crack rocks inside, and that caused them to lose their job, then they may have a case. But still that's debatable, because if you're not on private property that you are prohibited from entering, or have been asked to leave, it's their fault for leaving the window open.

This is another reason why the wealthy live in homes that use fences & tree lines to block the street view, and why many new high rises have one way glass as the windows on units.

  12. I agree that the driver is in a no-win situation. He (or she) probably wants what all the other normal people on the bus want - for this asshole to shut up, and get off at the next stop.

The last thing the driver needs is trouble if he stops the bus & confronts this guy. I don't blame the driver for not stopping, as long as this guy isn't getting physical with anybody. But if he does get physical, then what does the driver do? The driver isn't bus security, and obviously the CTA can't put private security or police on the busses. Just a no-win situation for everybody except the crazy guy.
