16-year-old Dale Fisher was shot and killed in Chicago's Woodlawn neighborhood and Chicago News Report has an exclusive photo from the crime scene.
Around 4 p.m. Saturday, Fisher was shot to death on the 6200 block of South St. Lawrence Avenue on the city's South Side.
According to the Chicago Tribune, the teen was transported to John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County in critical condition, where he later died.
In a photo sent to Chicago News Report by Community Activist, Corey Howard, who also runs the Facebook page, Take Back Woodlawn, Fisher is seen sprawled out on the cold concrete as police, emergency workers, and neighbors look on.
"This makes the 10th (shooting) victim on that block within the last 17 months," said Howard.
According to a confidential source, the victim did not live on the block where he was murdered.
"His family moved away a little while ago but he continued to come to this community and hang with an inauspicious crowd selling drugs," said the source.
you would think that he could have at least pulled his pants up before he got himself killed.
