Sunday, at 12:42 a.m., a 911 caller saw a man being chased near the Howard Red Line at 7519 North Paulina Street.
The concerned citizen said three men were pursuing the victim and may have followed him into the Howard train station.
When police arrived at the scene, the victim was nowhere to be found.
A responding officer said he spoke with a CTA security guard at the station, but the guard didn't see or hear anything.
After authorities located the victim, they determined the strong arm robbery happened right below the Howard train station on the 1700 block of West Howard Street.
Three male black offenders attacked the victim and stole his cell phone said police.
One suspect is approximately 6-feet-tall and the other two offenders are a little shorter; about 5'10" in height.
The taller offender, who has a lighter complexion than his accomplices, was wearing gray pants and a gray hooded sweatshirt. The other two crooks were dressed in black jackets and black jeans.
At the time of this report, the thieves were still at large.
Security Guard probably another black worker asleep at his job. What would happen if white were attacking black like this? You know they would be protesting and marching. I am sick and tired of these black terrorizing Rogers Park.
ReplyDeleteCTA security guards are worse than mall security guards. They are not focused on security at all. If they aren't sleeping they are up on the platform harassing EVERY attractive woman to walk by. Yet if there was just 1 place in chicago that could get increased security it is the CTA.

Because in the name of Tolerance we hire Security Guards who have no skills except reading a rap magaizine and getting their nails ‘did’ well they are at their posts.
ReplyDeleteSecuritas is a contracted company for the RTA. Do not however put the blame on one company. This is all Security Companies and even our own Justice system. People forget how many times prisons escape or attempt or actually kill those in a court room because a prisoner who is 6 foot 8 has one or a couple guards of 5 foot 1 females who just got their hair and nails ‘did’ the prisoner had no problem dispatching all these weak female guards.
We do this in the name of Tolerance. The tolerance an entire generation let get out of control and now my generation and my children’s generation are damned to live in a country where it was once true that each child does better then their parents did.
No more sadly. The only solution is Civil War. One day there will be a line in the stand where they will cross and we will have to react. Remember this though if we fall it is not because we are weak it is because we as a people let people walk all over us.
Also never forget a lone a black is worthless. They intimidate but when actually fighting they are weak unless grouped. Even then they are still weak but remember reacting to a black and fighting back can put you in jail charged with a hate crime.
