North Side: Teen stabbed in West Ridge
A 15-year-old boy was stabbed in Chicago’s West Ridge, West Rogers Park neighborhood, said police.
Authorities said the stabbing occurred Saturday around 8:45 p.m. on the 6500 block of North Damen Avenue, near Damen and Loyola.
A group of male Hispanic teens, 15 to 17-years-old, attacked the victim in the street. One of the offenders stabbed the victim in the leg, said police.
An officer at the scene described the boy’s injuries as a “minor stab wound”.
The victim was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois, for medical treatment.

I had my scanner on at the time. They said the stabber & his buddies ran east on Loyola towards Ridge & disappeared.
ReplyDeleteThey probably ran across Ridge & hid in the bushes outside the S&C fence until it quieted down.
Oh you people and your knives here. Can't get a can of spray paint for hobbies but the knives and guns are abundant. What a mess this city is. What a mess!
