VIDEO: Downtown car accident, crash caught on tape
A car accident in downtown Chicago was caught on tape.
The crash occurred at the intersection of East Congress Parkway and East Congress Plaza Drive, between "The Bowman and The Spearman" Indian sculptures in Grant Park.
A car traveling northbound on East Congress Plaza Drive, slammed into the driver's side of a vehicle headed westbound on East Congress Parkway.
From the video's vantage point, it's hard to determine who had the right of way.
However, based on the flow of traffic, it appears the car traveling westbound on East Congress Parkway had the light.
The exact date of this incident is unclear.
The video was uploaded to YouTube on October 1, 2011.
