The armed robbery happened on the 1600 block West Waveland Avenue, near Waveland and Marshfield, said police.
The offenders were described as two male Hispanics in their 20s and approximately 5’6” to 5’8”.
One thief has short black hair and the other suspect has long, curly, black hair.
After the robbery, the crook fled westbound on Waveland, then southbound on Paulina toward Addison.

ReplyDeleteCircuit is nowhere near the 1600 block of W. Waveland - it's a completely different neighborhood. And the gay Latino boys Circuit draws on Thursdays are hardly strong-arm robbery types hanging out on dark residential streets a mile or two away from Boystown.

ReplyDelete....but there has been some kind of trouble outside that Circuit (cops and all) any time I've passed by it at night. I think the last incident was somebody done gotted "dissed" cuz they were aksed to leave. I did hear that.

It also caters to black drag queens. Maybe the troop of them mugging people with a gun near waveland and pine grove will stop in for a drink.
ReplyDeleteThere's really no places in this entire city for a decent GWM to go out for a night on the town anymore. If it's not 200 lb. Miserable Megans filling up the "cleaner" place on the Halsted strip, you can always go to the far north side to meet something that looks like a man but he wants you to pee on him - in public. It's one extreme or the other here.

I will no longer support the "community" as it's nothing but a sell-out (but they'll stage a protest over Walmart moving in). Your suburbs don't even have decent gay restaurants or establishments.
Can't wait to get back home where, us men that just happened to like men, assimilated and could live anywhere we wanted. Nobody knew and, even if they did, they didn't care, for we were/are respectable people.
