37-year-old Carlos Effinger of South Memphis, Tennessee, is accused of raping his own mother.
Police said Effinger lured his 57-year-old mother into his bedroom, grabbed her from behind, and raped her.
One report said the 37-year-old accused rapist tricked his mom by asking her to hold a table while he changed a lightbulb.
According to information obtained by Chicago News Report, prior to his alleged sexual assault against his own flesh and blood, Effinger was already wanted for aggravated rape in another case.
Effinger's bond has been set at $500,000.00.

A man raped his mother, it has nothing to do with color. i live around dirty nasty white people and we in the neighborhood , got together and help them clean there nasty yard up, the kids were dirty and it was not because they were white it was it was because we wanted our neighborhood, clean . This is what you do for your neighbor Black, White, or any nationality. We just want a clean neighborhood. People we all live in this world and we need to find a solution and not be the part of the problem. So sad that people say nasty thing behind this computer but when they are in your face they smile and hide their hand. ReplyDeleteI just thought I'd add that the news in Memphis (where this story is from) didn't show this guy's face or give his name. The Tribune didn't either. By identifying him by name (and face) you just identified the victim, since it's his mother. A sad, sad story, but what's sadder is how we jump to report "news" despite what it may do to the victims of these crimes.
