A citizen who happened to be at the Edgewater neighborhood, Osterman beach, captured the blaze with a cellphone camera.
At least five ambulances were rushed to the scene.
No injuries were reported, but a neighboring highrise was scorched by the flames.
The smoke from the fire could be seen miles away.
The second video was shot from a building next door to the townhouse.
