At 2:39 a.m., a robbery aboard a CTA Brown Line train was reported to police.
A male passenger was mugged on the train at the Southport station at 3411 North Southport Avenue, said investigators.
The victim got off at the Paulina stop, 3410 North Lincoln Avenue, and called the police.
It isn't clear what was stolen from the victim.
Authorities are looking for two black male offenders.
At 3:45 p.m., a man was beaten and robbed at a Near North Side CTA station around 3:45 p.m., reports Chicago Breaking News.
The incident occurred at the Chicago and Franklin "L" station at 300 West Chicago Avenue. The station services the Brown Line and the Purple Line.
The victim, who was mugged by four to six people, was seriously injured.
An iPhone and a wallet was stolen from the victim.
The injured man was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
A complete description of his attackers was not disclosed.
And yesterday, a person was robbed and beaten on the #12. Now they need to add more security to the CTA since Michigan Ave. is covered.

I have read a few posts here about Asians being targeted. I have a friend that is Korean and he has complained to me about the racism he receives from the black sommunity.

The wilders and robbers seem to be crazed by hate and a desire to destroy everything in sight. The mayor seems incapable of making any strong declaration on this but instead prefers being wishy-washy and evasive.

Their strategy is to run the CP ragged all over the place so RAHM better come up with far more additional police than he intended OR he could call in the National Guard for awhile, they're paid by the military defense budget so it wouldn't cost the city a dime to get these ghetto thugs under control and the guns off the streets.
