West Rogers Park: Girl walking dog allegedly assaulted by 2 men

An 11-year-old girl was reportedly attacked on Chicago’s North Side, said police.

It’s unclear when the alleged assault occurred, but the incident was reported around 9:19 p.m.

According to the girl’s mother, her daughter was walking the family dog on the 7200 block of North Western, near the corner of Touhy and Western Avenues, when the incident took place.

Two Middle-Eastern men, between 20 to 28-years-old, became upset with the girl and kicked her, said police.

The suspects were last seen walking eastbound on Touhy from Western.

No further details are available.

  1. "Two Middle-Eastern men" Oh great, now we can add "middle eastern" to the ghetto thug list. Seems everybody wants in on the action of being an urban terrorist. Attack an 11 year old child? PURE EVIL!

  2. Towanda, when I heard about this incident, it reminded me of the suspects who reportedly attacked a man walking his dog in Lakeview. I was hoping for more information on how the girl came to the conclusion the alleged offenders are Middle-Eastern.
