One of the many reasons I moved out of Uptown
ReplyDeleteThe block were this occurred started to "change" when Hair Force (4415 N. Sheridan Rd.), a barber shop frequented by mostly black clients, showed up on the block.
ReplyDeleteThe moment they moved in, people started loitering on the block and engaging in questionable activity.
Shouldn't be too hard to identify and ARREST "300 pound" criminals.
