Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred around 7:30 p.m. on Chicago’s north side.
A woman was robbed at gunpoint near the intersection of West Fullerton Parkway and North Commonwealth Avenue.
An exact address wasn’t given, but the intersection puts the crime scene in the area of 364 West Fullerton and 2300 North Commonwealth in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood.
Police said an African-American man wearing a dark knitted hat and a dark jacket pulled a gun a woman and robbed her.
The gunman was last seen walking westbound on Fullerton Avenue to Clark Street.
