The Chase bank at 550 South Dearborn Street, near Printers Row, was robbed. The robbery occurred around 1:58 p.m.
Witnesses say the suspect pulled a black, semiautomatic handgun from his right pocket and demanded money from a teller.
The suspect was described a white man, 5’6”, 120 lbs, and approximately 25 to 30-years-old. He was carrying a rust-colored bag and wearing a black pea-coat with a gray scarf over his face.
He was last seen running southbound on Dearborn Street.
