Thief on a Bike Robs Man in Uptown

Police were called to the 5000 block of North Marine Drive, in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood, after a man was assaulted and robbed.
The incident occurred around 5:18 a.m.
The victim told police a Hispanic man on a 10-speed bike, hit him and took his cell phone.
No additional information is available.
