Around 1:21 a.m., a Chicago, Lincoln Park restaurant was robbed at gunpoint.
The Subway sandwich shop at 2421 N. Clark Street was held up for the second time, said police. Gunmen took an unspecified amount of cash from the register.
The offenders were described as two African-American men, both approximately 28-years-old.
One suspect was wearing a brown or orange hoodie and the second man was wearing a black hoodie. Both men were wearing jeans.
A witness said the thieves fled the scene on foot, southbound on Clark Street.
Police were also trying to determine if the bandits were involved in a robbery on the 1500 block of West Fullerton, earlier this morning.
