Reportedly, it's the same leg where a cancerous lesion was recently discovered.
Preliminary tests indicate there are no chances in Maggie Daley's cancer status.
She is expected to return to Chicago in a few days.
Maggie Daley was in D.C. to accept a Leadership Award from the Kuwait-America Foundation to benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure organization.
Because of the pain in her right leg, she was unable to attended the ceremony.
