In honor of Antinette “Toni” Keller, the missing NIU student whose body was presumably found in Prairie Park, Facebook friends are planning to show their support for Keller and all missing persons, by wearing yellow today.

"Wear yellow on October 25th to honor Antinette Keller, a student at NIU who was recently abducted. While it is considered an optimistic, loud, and bright color, the yellow will also represent a cry for help that comes from all missing persons, and will bring attention to the perpetual issue of missing and exploited people," said the Facebook posting.

While wading through a sea of condolences, tearful good-byes, and those refusing to give up hope that Keller will be found alive, one comment on Facebook caught my attention. According to the author of the post, the police found two bodies while searching for Antinette Keller. The media has only told us about one. The second body was reportedly found in a body of water.

Here’s the comment that piqued my curiosity:

“Everyone needs to hold off on saying the "R.I.P" statuses. It isn't OFFICIALLY confirmed that it is in fact her. Yes, they found her stuff and other garments, but it hasn't been confirmed yet. Other rumors going around are saying that they found another body in a body of water they drained. Se(e) whomever did this, could... be linked to that and left this other body they found with her stuff to throw people off. Think before you post, please. Keep her in your thoughts but stay positive until OFFICIALLY confirmed.”

As a safety precaution, NIU's security has been tightened and the college remains on lockdown.
