VIDEO: Man in Wheelchair Robbed at ATM

This is not a photo of a grandson lovingly hugging his grandpa. It's a vicious robbery.

On October 2, 2010, a 73-year-old Milwaukee, Wisconsin man in a wheelchair, was robbed at an ATM.

The disturbing crime was caught on the bank's security camera.

In the video, we see Charles Cross at a Milwaukee US Bank ATM withdrawing $400 for food and other necessities. Once the transaction is completed, and Cross has the cash in his hands, a thief hops over a railing and forcibly rips the money out of Cross' hands.

The criminal knocks the disabled man to the ground.

The shameless crook is described as African-American, 23 to 30-years-old, 5'9" to 6-feet-tall, with a slender to medium build.

If you recognize the guy in this picture and video, do the world a favor and call the police.

  1. I know it says the victim is from Milwaukee, but did the crime happen there too?
