Police say computer evidence is responsible for the charges being dropped against Brian E. Dorian, the Lynwood police officer arrested in connection with a deadly shooting spree.
Reportedly, police investigators found forensic evidence on Dorian’s computer that proves he was at home, using his PC, at the time of the shootings.
Dorian’s father, John Dorian, accused the Will County Sheriff’s Office of false arrest and defamation of character.
