The officer confirmed that the woman’s car had been shot.
The shooter was described as a male Hispanic, 5’6”, slim, long hair, wearing a white t-shirt and shorts.
A preliminary Internet search for more information on the area of Beach and Spaulding, indicated that the area is notorious for the Latin Kings street gang.
