Walter Jacobson: "In The Good Old Days, Chicago Police Threatened to Shoot Gangbangers in the Head"
Even Walter Jacobson knows there's only one way to reason with scum.
During a recent installment of Walter Jacobson’s perspective, aptly entitled, “Boo-Hoo to Gangbangers”, Jacobson strolled down memory lane, remembering the “good old days” (the late 1960’s) when Chicago police officers threatened to shoot a known gang member in the head, and deliver his dead body to his mother’s front door; if the gang shootings in West Chatham didn’t stop.
Jacobson said, after the police made the punk’s mother an offer neither she nor her son could refuse, the violence in that particular neighborhood stopped for a “dozen years”.
Could this be the key to stopping gang violence in Chicago?

Isn't that what the gangbangers did to a little girl playing with her cousin - shoot her in the head? Why should anyone care what happens to those misfits?
ReplyDeletehey! i think he's on to something! ding! ding! ding!
ReplyDeleteThe only thing those punks respond to is violence. so give em what they want.
ReplyDeleteSounds like Jacobson is talking about a lynch mob. Could this suggestion be racially motivated?
