11:09 -- A citizen reported that two female suspects; one black, and one white, threw something into a neighborhood bar.
When Chicago police officers arrived on the scene, they discovered a man had been peppered sprayed. The officer said four teenage girls: two Hispanics, two blacks, dressed in “club clothes”, attacked a male victim.
The motive for the assault is unknown.
The gang of girls was last seen running eastbound on Armitage.
