A white male, described as 6 feet tall, dressed in a white shirt and white shoes, fled the scene westbound through a neighboring alley. He is believed to be responsible for the accident.
After making an initial call for an ambulance, the officer had to request additional EMTs to service three more victims.
No word on whether or not the suspect has been apprehended.
